Adjah Volunteer Project

Group Volunteering Program

The Group Volunteering Program under the Adjah Volunteer Project is designed for organizations, institutions, and teams that want to make a meaningful impact together while experiencing Ghanaian culture and community life.

This program welcomes universities, colleges, corporate teams, NGOs, faith-based groups, and social clubs looking for a well-structured, safe, and impactful volunteering experience in Ghana.

What Groups Will Do

Group volunteers are placed in community-based projects where teamwork is essential. Activities may include:

  • Supporting teachers and learners in day-care centers and schools

  • Assisting caregivers with early childhood activities

  • Participating in school exchange and cultural interaction programs

  • Supporting basic health education and non-clinical hospital activities

  • Assisting with community outreach, awareness campaigns, and social programs

  • Helping with IT literacy and digital skills training (where applicable)

  • Light renovation, painting, or community improvement projects (depending on group skills)

Tasks are adjusted based on group size, skills, and duration of stay to ensure meaningful participation without overwhelming host communities.
